Locked out: we open without drilling
Door closed with the keys inside? In most cases we open by picking or manipulation, without drilling or damaging the door. Drilling is the last resort, with your consent.
We verify your right to enter before opening, with ID showing the address or a lease. It's a requirement of our Bureau de la sécurité privée permit.
Change or rekey
After a move, a separation or a lost key, rekeying makes every old key useless without replacing the hardware. We can also put all your doors on one key.
If the lock is worn, entry-level or damaged, we replace it with a solid model and a deadbolt that seats properly in the frame.
High-security and electronic
We install CX5 and Mul-T-Lock high-security cylinders, resistant to picking, drilling and unauthorized copying. We also fit keypad and smart locks with a mechanical backup key.
For buildings, we handle mailbox locks, common entry doors and electric strikes connected to intercoms.
Mailboxes and patio doors
A lost or broken mailbox lock is quickly replaced, whether it's a single box or a building's bank of boxes.
Sliding patio doors often have a flimsy latch: we add an auxiliary lock or a security bar to stop them being lifted off the track.
